What we collect
When you place an order, you send us your name, mobile number, city, delivery address and any note you add. This goes to us through WhatsApp, and a copy of your order is saved in our private order list (a Google Sheet only our team can open) so no order gets lost. We don’t ask you to create an account, and we never ask for card details.
What stays on your device
Your cart and your delivery details are saved in your own browser so you don’t have to type them again. You can clear them any time by clearing your browser data.
How we use your information
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
- To share your item video, tracking number and order updates on WhatsApp.
- To help with replacements and questions.
Who we share it with
Only with the courier company that delivers your parcel — they need your name, number and address. We don’t sell your information to anyone.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics if enabled) to understand which pages are useful. This data is grouped and does not identify you personally.
Your choices
