Our story

Waji Gadget started with a simple idea: the small gadgets you see on Instagram and TikTok — the portable blender, the cloud night light, the veggie chopper — should be easy and safe to buy in Pakistan.

We pick practical things that make everyday life a little easier, in the kitchen, around the house and in your room. Nothing fancy. Just smart little things that work.

The trust problem

Let’s be honest — shopping online in Pakistan can feel like a gamble. The photo looks great, then something different arrives. Or it arrives broken, and nobody answers the phone.

We didn’t want to be another store like that. So we built the way we sell around one rule: you should know exactly what you’re getting.

How we check every order

• We confirm on WhatsApp. A real person reads your order and replies.
• We check your item. We open it, test it where it can be tested, and look for damage.
• We send you a video. You see your exact piece before it ships. If it doesn’t look right, tell us and we won’t send it.
• You pay at your door. Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan — no advance.
• We stand behind it. Faulty or not as shown? Message us within 7 days and we replace it.

Where we’re going

Today we focus on home, kitchen and room gadgets. Over time we’ll add more categories — always with the same promise: checked before dispatch, video before it ships, and pay at your door.
