Do I have to pay in advance?
Usually no. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan — ghar pe pay karein. A few products need a small advance or full payment first; this is always shown on the product page and at checkout before you order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer. For online payments we send our account details on WhatsApp after confirming your order. Only pay to accounts shared from our official number, +92 314 1459889.
How do I know the product is in good condition?
We check every item before dispatch and send you a short video of your exact piece on WhatsApp before it ships. If it doesn’t look right, tell us and we won’t send it.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere, after we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
What if my item is faulty or not as shown?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We’ll replace it. Please keep the box and accessories.
